Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting

recently while installing a php-mysql application I got some memory error in Apache server.
In apache log I found following error message:

[notice] Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting.

Finally I have resolved by following:

• Copied php5apache2_2.dll and php_mysql.dll from PHP to system32 folder.
• Searched for mysql_close() in application and passed connection object to it. i.e mysql_close($connection)

This issue is solved. I hope this will help incase you are facing same issue.
